The baby nest has become the most practical and versatile alternative for your baby to sleep, it is undoubtedly the safest and most comfortable place for our little ones. Keep reading to discover all the uses you can give it:
1) For safe co-sleeping: If you want to co-sleep but are afraid it might pose a risk to your baby, the nest is the solution. You can place it in the middle of the parents' bed, so everyone has their own space. The baby will enjoy the feeling of having you close but always in a safe environment, free from pillows or sheets that could cover them.
Or, if you have a co-sleeper crib, you can also place it inside to prevent the baby from rolling towards you.
2) As a crib reducer: if you want to avoid buying a mini-crib or Moses basket (which are used for only a few months and then become clutter) you can directly place the nest inside the large crib, and the baby will feel just as snuggled.
3) As a portable crib: it is very light and comes in a travel bag so it doesn't get dirty. You can take it to your grandparents' house, on a weekend trip to a hotel... This way the baby sleeps in a familiar environment and doesn't miss their crib. Plus, it weighs and takes up much less space than bulky travel cribs.

4) As a play area: it's ideal for cushioning bumps when they start to sit up, and it also helps strengthen their back.
It's also a great help if there are older siblings, so the baby is safe but feels like they're participating in the games.
5) Keep your baby always close: on the sofa, on the floor for a nap, in the kitchen, while working on the computer... Unlike a baby bouncer, the nest does not restrict their mobility!
6) As a changing pad: it has a pocket on the side so you can store diapers or wipes. And since it has a mattress at the base, you can place it directly on top of a dresser and change the baby. Also, thanks to the bolster, we prevent them from falling.
Importantly, it's also completely removable so it's very easy to wash (which, as we know, with babies, things get messy a lot :)
